Determinations issued from 1 April 2001 onwards can be found using the search facility below. (There may be a delay of a few days between the issuing of a Determination and it appearing here).

To search enter any text which you are interested in. Examples might be "ill-health" or "AVC advice". If you enter two words the search will identify Determinations in which both words appear, whether next to each other or not. If you want a particular case and know the complainant's name, the scheme name or the reference number, you may enter those.
