Wanting to complain about the management of your pension but confused who to go to and what to do?
Two new videos developed by the Pensions Ombudsman Service are designed to help and provide clear direction to members of the public who are thinking of making a complaint.
Titled ‘How we can help’ and ‘What you need to do’, each short video consists of staff from the Pensions Ombudsman Service explaining the process interspersed with footage illustrating the customer journey and complaints process.
Anthony Arter, Pensions Ombudsman said, “Pensions can be confusing at the best of times. If you are looking to make a complaint about the management and administration of your personal or occupational pension, you can feel daunted by the jargon and the process. Our new videos set out the steps people need to take before they bring a complaint to us and how we can help. These videos, which have subtitled versions, will improve the customer experience and help us to be more accessible to the public.”
