Electronic communication

We are happy to talk over the phone to answer queries or to explain our position. However, we will usually ask all parties to provide any detailed information in writing.

This is to avoid any misunderstandings about the facts and to allow us to send a copy of what has been said to the other parties.

If any party has told us they would prefer to correspond by email, we will do so by using encrypted email to ensure that all personal information remains safe and protected.
