I do not uphold Mr N’s complaint and no further action is required by Mercer or the Trustee.

Complaint summary

Mr N’s complaint concerns a number of points, however there are three main issues. The first is that the cash equivalent transfer value (CETV) that he received in 2015 had been reduced. The second issue is about the lack of information he has been provided with regarding his pension benefits, and his belief that the pension he is receiving is too low. Lastly, Mr N is unhappy with the service he has received from both respondents.
