Appointments to Corporate Board extended
The Minister for Pensions has agreed to extend Anthony Arter’s position as Interim Chair of the Corporate Board for up to six months from 31 December 2024. This will ensure continuity for The Pensions Ombudsman while the appointment of a permanent Chair concludes.
In addition, the Minister for Pensions has agreed a one-year extension for the Non-Executive Directors, Myfanwy Barrett and Robert Branagh, from 1 May 2025.
More information about each of the Non-Executive Directors can be found on the ‘Our Ombudsmen and governance structure’ section on our 'Who we are' page.
