I do not uphold Mr S’ complaint, and no further action is required by the Trustee. 

Complaint summary

Mr S’s complaint is that the Trustee failed to carry out sufficient due diligence checks before transferring his benefits to the Uniway Systems Retirement Benefit Scheme (the Receiving Scheme).

Mr S has also said that, at the time of the transfer, he did not hold a statutory right to a transfer. So, the Trustee should not have agreed to the transfer.
