Complaint summary

Mrs R’s complaint is that her pension has been suspended as she has exceeded her earnings margin. She says NHS BSA failed to provide her with correct information in relation to what would happen if she retired then returned to work. As a result, she is at a disadvantage because she is neither receiving benefits under, nor is she paying contributions into, her pension.
