Henry Davison: Notice of oral hearing

There will be a hearing on 21 January 2019 at 10.00am at the offices of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 4PU as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of a complaint made by Mr L and thirteen ‘Additional Applicants’ against Mr Anthony Davison and Mrs Penny Davison in their capacity as trustees of the Henry Davison Limited Pension Scheme.

The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 24 hours before the start of the hearing, so that the necessary security and other arrangements can be made.
