Karen Johnston reappointed as Deputy Pensions Ombudsman

The Pensions Ombudsman is delighted with the DWP announcement that Karen Johnston has been reappointed as Deputy Pensions Ombudsman for a further two years.
Anthony Arter, The Pensions Ombudsman said:
Since Karen joined The Pensions Ombudsman in 2015 there have been many changes to the way we work. Our priority is to make it quicker and easier for people to resolve their pension disputes. We have already made great progress in this area and the next two years will see further improvements. I am very pleased that Karen will continue to be part of the organisation during those changes.
