Outcome
I do not uphold Ms N’s complaint and no further action is required by AJ Bell.
Complaint summary
There are three parts to Ms N’s complaint. First, she has complained about the quarterly administration fees that were deducted from the SIPP from December 2015 onwards (the fees). Second, she has complained about the deduction of a £180 fee from the SIPP in March 2018. Third, she has complained that it took AJ Bell over a year, to pay her the cash she had requested from the SIPP.
