Complaint summary
Mr S has complained that Standard Life has refused to transfer his pension benefits in the Plan to another provider using due diligence as an excuse.
He says Standard Life has refused to contact HMRC with regard to the authenticity of the IHPS (the receiving scheme), that it is requesting copies of documents that do not exist, and that it is unlawfully confiscating his funds by denying him his right to a transfer value when requested.
