Mr T’s complaint concerns the Council’s decision not to pay an outstanding amount of pension arrears to his late father’s Estate.  

He has also said that it was Peninsula's responsibility to investigate and determine whether, or not, Mr GT had a surviving spouse or dependent at his date of death.
