Mr Y has complained that he was not provided with a valid notification of his enrolment into the Plan. As a result, he did not have the opportunity to opt out. Mr Y says NOW’s offer of £76.38 was inadequate, as he wants it to pay him £500 for the significant distress and inconvenience it has caused him.
