Outcome
Mr T’s complaint is upheld. To put matters right, Hartley shall pay Mr T the difference between the SIPP fees it should have received since taking over the administration of the SIPP and the fees it actually received, together with interest.
In addition, Hartley shall pay Mr T £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience he has suffered.
