Mr N complained that Aviva refused to implement the Large Fund Discount (LFD) to his benefits once they were transferred to the Aviva Income Drawdown Account (IDA). This resulted in additional charges being applied to the IDA. An LFD is applied to larger funds and reduces the annual management charge.
