Complaint summary

Mr D complained that TP needlessly delayed the payment of the Scheme death benefits in respect of his daughter, Miss ND. He alleged that TP was provided with ample information to allow it to pay him the death benefits, on behalf of Miss ND’s daughter, Miss IY.
