Notice of oral hearing: July 2024

There will be a hearing on 23 July 2024 at 10am at the office of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, E14 4PU, as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of complaints made by two applicants against the Trustees of the Embolden Executive Pension Scheme:

  • Belaset Haussmann Limited (Company number: 08749634 - now Timber Project Solutions Limited) and its former directors, Mr Andrew Philip Green and Ms Maxine Green.
  • Paradigm (NE) Limited (Company number: 08454376) and its former directors, Mr Tony Dover and Ms Melanie Dover.
  • Media Spin Limited (Company number: 07845244) and its current director, Mr Gavin Bonallie.
  • Vidett Governance Services Limited (Company number: 03021321 – formerly Punter Southall Governance Services Limited).

The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible and in any event no later than Tuesday 9 July 2024 so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
