We are aware of people receiving letters about a failed investment, claiming to be from The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO). These letters are not genuine, and the telephone number is not TPO’s.
TPO is a free service and would never ask for your bank details or for you to pay any fees. If you have any further concerns, or you receive a letter and are unsure if it is from TPO, please contact us by emailing InformationManagement@pensions-ombudsman.org.uk. Please do not respond to the letter and report the incident to Action Fraud.
