MATTERS FOR DETERMINATION
Mr Harries appeals against the decision by the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) that no insolvency event has occurred in relation to the Poseidon Average Adjusters (London) Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (the Poseidon Scheme) and that as a result it is not a qualifying pension scheme for the purposes of the FAS.
Independent Trustee Services Limited (ITS), as independent trustee to the Scheme, appeals against the decision by the Financial Assistance Scheme (the FAS) that the Famous Army Stores Limited Pension Scheme (the Scheme) is not a qualifying pension scheme for the purposes of the FAS, because it is a small self-administered pension scheme (SSAS).

Mr G Sinnott, a member of the Plan, appeals against the Scheme Manager’s review dated 30 July 2007, of the FAS determination dated 26 February 2007. He states that the FAS rules have not been correctly applied when calculating his entitlement.
Mr Martin, a member of the Fund, appeals against the Scheme Manager’s review, dated 8 October 2008, of the FAS determination, dated 28 July 2008. He states that the FAS award has not been calculated correctly.
The Deputy PPF Ombudsman has received an appeal from Mrs Cox, following the FAS review decision dated 25 November 2011. Mrs Cox’s appeal concerns the amount of FAS assistance payable to her.
The Pension Protection Fund Ombudsman has received an appeal from a member assessment decision made by the PPF under the FAS Internal Review Regulations on 5 April 2013. The appeal concerns the assessment of Mr Wood’s annual payment under the FAS.
