Miss N has complained that NHS BSA incorrectly decided in June 2020 to award her Tier 1 instead of Tier 2 ill health early retirement benefits from the Scheme.

Mrs R’s complaint concerns the Trustee’s decision not to award her a permanent incapacity early retirement pension. She is also unhappy with the way her application was handled.

Mr G has complained that he has not been awarded the appropriate tier of ill health retirement benefits. He contends that he should be awarded Tier 3 as he has been unable to work since 2018.
