Amy is responsible for the delivery of shared services across the organisation, including Finance, HR, Digital, Governance, Communications and Engagement.

Prior to that, Amy worked in Education, the Prison Service and was once a Pensions Administrator. In her spare time, she is a Lay Panel Member for the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a Trustee for the STEP Academy.
She is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and gained a Masters in Criminology from Cambridge.
