Complaint Summary
Dr D has complained that she has been wrongly classified as a locum rather than a Type 2 practitioner that consequently her pension contributions have been calculated on the wrong pensionable earnings, and all of the respondents have delayed rectifying the matter.

My decision is that this complaint should not be upheld because there is no evidence that Dr D has suffered financial loss or other significant injustice as a consequence of a breach of law or maladministration. My reasons are as set out in full below.
