Complaint summary

Mr P’s complaint is that he should not have been required by the Trustee to opt-out of the Scheme, in order to request a transfer. He also says that the Trustee unreasonably delayed processing his transfer request and that this delay caused him financial loss as well as distress and inconvenience.
