I do not uphold Mr N’s complaint and no further action is required by MyCSP and the Cabinet Office.

Complaint summary

Mr N has complained that because his pension was incorrectly paid in 2009 the pension he eventually received was at least £2,000 per annum less than it should be. To put matters right he would like all the underpayments to be now paid to him together with interest at 8%. He also points out that he has been pursuing his complaint since 2012 and it has caused a great amount of stress for which he deserves significant compensation.
