Complaint summary

 

Mr N has complained about the problems he experienced with the Employer and Creative Auto Enrolment Limited (Creative) in respect of his auto-enrolment into the Scheme. He says:-

  • The Employer should pay 2% contributions into the Scheme based on his pensionable earnings.
  • He lost out on promptly paid pension contributions and investment growth in the Scheme.
  • He suffered inconvenience and personal loss of his own time.
