Outcome
Mr N’s complaint is partly upheld, but there is a part of the complaint I do not agree with. To put matters right (for the part that is upheld) within 21 days of the date of this Determination, Curtis Banks shall pay £500 to Mr N, in recognition of the significant distress and inconvenience caused.
