I do not uphold Mr S’ complaint and no further action is required by the Council.
Complaint summary
Mr S has complained about the Council’s annual request to complete a ‘Life Certificate’ form and sees no reason why an Ombudsman would condone, what he believes to be, an annual data breach. Mr S was also unhappy with the delays he experienced following his initial complaint to the Council in March 2018. He wants an award as a result of the delay.
