Mr T believes the actuarial factor used in calculating his pension commencement lump sum (PCLS) and reduced pension is too low in comparison to the actuarial factor used to produce a transfer value from the Scheme. Mr T wants his PCLS increased in line with the factor used to produce a transfer value.
