Mr L’s complaint against I Investor is partly upheld. To put matters right, I Investor shall pay Mr L £1,000, in recognition of the serious distress and inconvenience he has suffered.

Mr L complained about I Investor failing to adhere to its 90-day timescale to complete his pension transfer to AJ Bell. Mr L also said that AJ Bell should have kept him better informed throughout the transfer process.
