I do not uphold Mr D’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee
Complaint summary
Mr D’s complaint concerns changes that were made to the Scheme’s additional voluntary contribution (AVC) arrangements by the Trustee. He says that the changes were contrary to legislation.
Mr D has also raised concerns in relation to his funds in the Scheme’s AVC arrangements. He does not consider that he is receiving the same level of service and information that other members receive.
