Aviva Pension Plan (CAS-42431-G2M7)
Mr S’ complaint against Aviva is partly upheld. To put matters right, Aviva shall pay Mr S £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience caused.
Mr S has complained that Aviva has incorrectly interpreted a consent order (the Order) between him and his ex-wife (Mrs C). In doing so, he considers that it has allocated his ex-wife an incorrect entitlement at his expense.
Mr S highlights that this matter has caused him distress and inconvenience, impacted his family and children, and affected his heath. He is also dissatisfied with the overall handling of the complaint.
