I do not uphold Mr H’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee.

Mr H has complained that the Trustee: 

  1. failed to provide necessary information to enable him to replicate the calculation of his AVC benefit; 

  1. provided misleading and inaccurate information in its 2017 Annual Report as to when the triennial valuation was due; and 

  1. did not respond to his letter dated 7 November 2017 or to his e-mail dated 30 November 2017.
