Complaint summary
Mr N’s complaint is that CSP will not allow him to claim retirement benefits accrued in the Scheme until he leaves employment.
Mr N also believes that he has suffered from age discrimination because he was not eligible to join the Partnership Pension Scheme as early as younger colleagues were able to do so.
