Complaint summary
Mr E has complained that his pensionable pay has been miscalculated and therefore his retirement benefits have been understated.
Mr E says that the method of calculation used has “put him at a loss of around £97 per year” since his retirement in 2009. He asks UKPN to recalculate his entitlement and to compensate him for the shortfall in pension payments.
