Dr N’s complaint against the Cabinet Office and MyCSP is partly upheld. To put matters right, the Cabinet Office shall pay Dr N an additional £1,500, which increases the award to £2,000, in recognition of the severe distress and inconvenience it has caused him.
Complaint summary
Dr N has complained that his request to cease payments to his added years contract (the Contract) was not correctly actioned. He says that this resulted in the provision of incorrect pension figures by MyCSP which had an adverse impact on his retirement planning.
