Mr N has complained that the Trustees provided him with retirement packs in 2017 and 2018 which did not specify that part of the pension would cease at his State Pension Age (SPA) in November 2019.
Mr N says that he relied on these retirement packs to his financial detriment. Consequently, the temporary pension should be payable to him for life.
