I do not uphold Mr K’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee or Open Trustees.  

Complaint summary

Mr K has complained he should have been told about prospective changes to the Early Retirement Factors (ERFs), prior to his transfer out of the OBSPS. 

He says that, had he been provided with the full information, he would have decided to remain within the OBSPS. This was because the improved ERFs would have allowed him to achieve his goal of retiring at age 55, directly from the OBSPS.
