Complaint summary
Mr N has complained that Standard Life misinformed him about being able to claim tax relief on a lump sum payment of £14,000 that he made into the Plan (the Contribution). He said that as a result, he has suffered a financial loss of £3,500 as he did not receive the amount of tax relief he was expecting.
