Mr T’s complaint concerns the fact that TP ceased his widower’s pension and asked him to repay £31,507.53 (net) in respect of the pension he has received since his remarriage. He says that he was not aware that he needed to notify TP that he had remarried, or that his remarriage would result in his pension ceasing.
