I do not uphold Mr N’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee or the Administrator.
Complaint summary
Mr N has complained that the Administrator failed to provide information to Old Mutual Wealth (OMW) in a timely manner following the transfer of his pension funds from the Scheme to a personal pension with OMW.
Mr N has said that this resulted in a delay in the transferred pension funds being invested, causing him a significant financial loss as well as time and effort in pursuing the matter.
