Mr L complained that WTW delayed the payment of the Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) 

Mr L said that this resulted in a delay in his transferred benefits being invested, causing him a significant financial loss as well as time and effort in pursuing the matter.
