I do not uphold Mr N’s complaint, and no further action is required by the Pension Trust or XPS.

Complaint summary

Mr N complained that the Pension Trust and XPS caused excessive delays to the transfer of his pension from the Plan into his Standard Life Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP). 

He says that the delay resulted in a loss of investment growth and claims redress of £8,689.02.
