Complaint summary
Mr R has complained that TP has sought to recover an overpayment from him following the implementation of a Pension Sharing Order (PSO). He believes that he should not have to repay the overpayment because he was paying maintenance to his ex-spouse between the Pension Share date and implementation, and that TP should seek the overpayment from his ex-spouse.
