Complaint summary
Mrs W complained that Fidelity delayed transferring her Flexi Access Drawdown Pension and Self-invested Personal Pension (the SIPP) to Nucleus. As a result, her funds were left out of the market longer than necessary and she lost the opportunity for investment growth during this time.
