Outcome
I do not uphold Mr E’s complaint, and no further action is required by the Trustee or the Administrator.
Complaint summary
Mr E complained that the Administrator caused delays in issuing his Cash Equivalent Transfer Value quotations. He said:-
The Administrator did not adhere to its Service Level Agreement timeframes, which meant that he was unable to meet the CETV guarantee expiry date.
There were further delays in the issuing of a new CETV quotation which was lower in value than the original CETV quotation. He has therefore suffered a substantial financial loss.
