Anthony Arter appointed as Interim Chair of TPO

Today, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) announced the appointment of Anthony Arter CBE as Interim Chair of The Pensions Ombudsman, while it embarks on the recruitment process for a new permanent Chair. This follows the sad death of TPO’s former Chair, Caroline Rookes, in October 2023.
