Norton Motorcycles: Notice of oral hearing
There will be a hearing on 13 February 2020 at 10am at CCT Venues, 40 Bank Street, Level 32, London, E14 5NR, as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of a complaint made by 30 Applicants against: Mr Stuart Garner (in his capacity as the trustee of: the Dominator 2012 Pension Scheme; the Donington MC Pension Scheme; and the Commando 2012 Pension Scheme (the Schemes)); and, where applicable, LD Administration Ltd (in its capacity as administrator in relation to the Schemes, from 2014 to 2018).
The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than Friday 7 February 2020, so that the necessary security and other arrangements can be made.
