Notice of oral hearing: December 2022
There will be a hearing on 7 December 2022 at 10am at the office of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, E14 4PU, as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of complaints made by three applicants against Mr Christopher Hoole in his capacity as Trustee of the AJC2 Pension Scheme.
The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than Wednesday 23 November 2022, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
