Notice of oral hearing: February 2022

There will be a hearing on 3 February 2022 at 10am hosted at the offices of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 4PU as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of complaints made by three applicants against (i) Mr Bhupendra Haribhai (in his capacity as trustee) (ii) PR Potential Limited (in its capacity as administrator) (iii) Mr Abdul Polli and (iv) Mr Saqib Naseer in respect of the Positive Retirement Potential Plan.

The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than Monday 31 January 2022, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
