Notice of oral hearing: November 2024
There will be a hearing on 26 November 2024 at 10.00am at the office of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, E14 4PU, as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of complaints made by five applicants against Mr Michael Woolley, PIM Trustees Limited (Company number: 03531478) and Pension Asset Services Limited (Company number: 06127932) in respect of:
- The Essential Pension Scheme.
- The Steadfast Cleaning Limited Directors’ Pension Scheme.
- The Assart SSAS.
- The Cusack Pension Scheme.
- The Traction Seabert retirement Benefits Scheme.
The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than Friday 1 November 2024 so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
